Jodi Flanagan
Manager of Operations — Tournaments, Events & Camps
Experienced event producer with deep tournament roots — operations for the Cassie Campbell Street Hockey Festival and league management across hockey and lacrosse. A 36-year coach and volunteer with Special Olympics Canada, and Assistant Chef de Mission for Team Canada in 2023. Chef de Mission for Team Alberta at three Canada Games (2010, 2020, 2024), Provincial Games General Manager, and an NCCP Master Coach Developer.
Kelsey Materie
Coordinator of Operations — Tournaments, Events & Camps
A decade in service-based sales across sports and construction, with two more years in specialized sales. She has coached female hockey for the past 13 years, including two seasons as an assistant coach with the Bow Valley Nationals.
The Series
P3 Sports operates three distinct tournaments each spring — the Next Gen Cup, the Kozak Cup, and the International Expo. One standard, one pathway, one weekend that matters.
Every tournament runs a guaranteed game format with tiered divisions, so teams are matched against comparable competition from the first puck drop through the medal round. Games are played at first-class facilities across Cochrane and Calgary, including the Spray Lakes Sawmills Family Sports Centre, with schedules published in advance and updated live through SportNinja.
