When you submit a tournament registration or contact request, we collect the information you provide: team name, association, division, age group, coach or manager name, email address, phone number, and any notes you include.

We may also collect standard technical information such as browser type, device type, and pages visited, used only to keep the site running well.

Information is used to confirm registrations, assign divisions, build schedules, communicate tournament details, and answer questions you send us.

We may contact you about future P3 Sports tournaments, programs, and events. You can ask to be removed from those communications at any time.

We do not sell your information. Details may be shared with tournament staff, officials, host facilities, and scheduling or scorekeeping providers strictly for the purpose of operating the event.

We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety of participants.

Photos and video captured at P3 Sports tournaments may be used for tournament recaps, galleries, and promotional material. If you would prefer an image be removed, contact us and we will address it.

Registration records are retained for as long as needed to operate the event and for reasonable record keeping afterward. We take practical steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

Registrations are submitted by coaches, team managers, or parents/guardians. We do not knowingly collect information directly from minors.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you or your team by emailing tournaments@p3sportsinc.ca.
